19th March1915.
Sir,
I have laid before My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty your letter of the 3rd instant, No.10047/14 for-
warding copy of a telegram received from the Governor of
Hong Kong relative to the proposed transhipment by the Swiss form of Berli & Company, Bangkok, of a quantity of wolframite destined for the Crucible Steel Company of Pennsylvania, and
I am crimanded by their Lordships to acquaint you, for the
information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, that
as the Crucible Steel Company is believed to be very largely
concerned in contracts for Russia, they consider this to be
in all probability a bona-fide consignent.
nder Secretary of State,
Colonial Office.
